Anyway - signifies end of thought and continuation into new one. Also used to purposely evade the topic of discussion by abruptly beginning new one. Can be spelled as Antyway, Antywayz, or N to the Wayz.

As If - used to describe to extremely low probability of an event occurring, when the other individual believes it could, should, or would happen.
(Example)
Diane: You going to Juice Jam?
Trey: As If. 

Awkweird - describes a situation that is both abnormal and awkward
(Example)
Channelle: I think Rafael's at this party.
Trey: Well this is awkweird. 

Babie - a very attractive individual that you wouldn't necesarily jump to screw yourself but is attractive in their own right.
(Example)
Yuleidy: Damn that nigga fine.
Trey: Yeah, he a babieeeee.

BLOCKEDT - the status of a crusty ass individual that won't leave you alone on any social media site or app.
(Example)
Crusty individual: Come ride this dick.

Bossed Up - the status of someone  who does what the fuck they gotta do. This person makes moves and makes money.

Kristy: We did so much in high school.
Trey: Hell yeah, we been bossed up. 

Crusty - My favorite word. Only used to describe people, places, weaves, outfits, etc. but never used to describe a situation or an abstract object. A combination of the words ugly, dry, gross, ratchet, and nasty. Never used to describe anything good.

Trey: It's still crusty, tho. 

Fix it, Jesus - a call to the Lord's only begotten son to rectify a situation or individual.

Bailey: I haven't gotten laid in like three months!
Trey: Fix it, Jesus!

Sticky - describes an individual who is very clingly, especially physically.
(Example)
KitKat: What happened between you and the boy from last week?
Trey: I just met him and he's already sticky as fuck. No thanks. 

Trade - an openly gay man who displays no feminine characteristics whatsoever, leading people to believe he is heterosexual.
(Example)
Trey: That's one fine ass Trade.
Karissa: He doesn't even look gay!

Umm - said to relay the user's discomfort with a situation or what was previously said. When combined with an attitude, indicates expression of negativity to soon come.

Diane: So Bobby Hart keeps messaging me.
Trey: Umm..

1-800-Rent-A-Hoe - the place you call when you need a little something to quench your sexual thirst.
(Example)
Karissa: Don't you know that boy?
Trey: Yeah, but he kept hitting my phone up like my number's 1-800-Rent-A-Hoe.
